Our Club Welfare Officer (CWO) ensures that Isle of Ely RC is compliant with British Rowing’s guidance on child protection.

They are also responsible for ensuring that all adult volunteers and coaches are supported and that regular DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service, formerly CRB) procedures are followed.
