As members of IOERC we agree to abide by the code of conduct set down by British Rowing.  Failure to adhere to the principles outlined in this Code of Conduct may result in disciplinary actions. The severity of the consequences will be determined based on the nature of the violation and will include one or more of the following:

• Verbal or written warning
• Temporary suspension from club activities or events
• Permanent exclusion from the club
• Other actions deemed appropriate by British Rowing (National Governing Body, NGB)

The club is committed to fairness and transparency in addressing any violations and will take all appropriate steps to ensure the well-being and safety of all.
